Amy Stango is dedicated to providing quality research-based behavior analytic and occupational therapy services to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Amy focuses on using the principles of applied behavior analysis and Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior to teach language, socialization, play skills, motor skills, academics and the management of problem behaviors across all environments. These goals are accomplished by providing direct and consultative services to families, clinics and schools across the United States and abroad. In addition, she provides training workshops and supervision to those looking to learn more about applied behavior analysis and Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior.
Amy began providing ABA services, with a special emphasis on verbal behavior in 1998. She holds a Master of Science degree in occupational therapy from Alvernia College, and is a nationally registered occupational therapist. She also holds a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
In order to serve as many individuals as possible, we maintain a team of qualified occupational therapy and applied behavior analysis associates, who provide direct therapy and consultation under the supervision of Amy Stango.
